About the event

Participants will be taught traditional blacksmithing techniques and how to work safely around a gas forge. Using techniques like drawing out, scrolling and using jigs which will form the basis of making fire pokers, coat hooks or toasting forks. There are many ways to personalise each project and participants are encouraged to add an artistic element.


Please note: this is a beginner's session for learners who have not already attended a blacksmithing session with us.

Learners must be living in Wrexham and age 11+ to be eligible for this course.

Children 11 years and older are welcome with adult supervision. Supervising adults do not need a ticket if not taking part.
