Chester Heritage Festival
We had such an amazing time at Chester Heritage Festival, meeting so many lovely families and working together to complete our community mosaic. From the exciting activities to the incredible atmosphere throughout the day, we were so grateful to be part of such a special event. We have a field!
Following the closure of our funded Heritage Works venue, The Little Learning Company has been working hard behind the scenes to secure a new home for heritage skills training... and we’re so excited to finally share the news! The Little Learning Company has just purchased 20 acres of beautiful land in Nercwys, Mold, Flintshire. Info Day at Conwy Employment Hub
The Little Learning Company supported Conwy Employment Hub at their Community Information Day in Colwyn Bay. The event was fantastic with participants joining our Block Printing and Macramé sessions as well as our Blacksmith showcase! Willow Skills, STAND NW
We had a fantastic day last week working with STAND North Wales CIC and the pupils at Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn! 🌿☀️ Together, we learnt how willow can be managed and woven to form natural structures within the Sensory Garden space, before getting hands-on with some guided craft activities making beautiful willow bird feeders. It was wonderful to see everyone so engaged, creative and proactive in their learning!

Heritage Works Success!

Chair Exercise is coming to Denbigh and Ruthin! 💪🌟
Two brand new classes will be starting in May at Canolfan Eirianfa Centre and The Centre! Chair Exercise is a gentle, chair-based exercise class, which aims to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility alongside providing a welcoming and social environment for all. Our new chapter is beginning! Love Spoon Results, HMP Berwyn
Our Heritage provision at HMP Berwyn has been going from strength to strength over the last few months. The men have developed their skills on a number of different projects which has resulted in them completing our Accredited Level 1 Love Spoon course with our fantastic tutor Vicky. Burning Ambition to Brighten the Town
We’re so impressed by the fantastic pyrography benches that will soon be installed around Llangollen. Get creative with pallets!
A huge thank you to Wynne Construction for kindly donating 21 pallets to support our upcoming community woodwork courses! We’re also very grateful to Sara Evans, who helped arrange everything and to the lovely, friendly delivery driver who dropped them off for us. Abergele Youth Den
It was a pleasure to present over 70 certificates to learners on the GROW course in Abergele today. Learners worked with our tutors, Gill and CJJ Training to achieve certificates in First Aid, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness, Customer Service and Working in a Team Congratulations all.
