We’re so proud to share this lovely piece of feedback from one of our learners. Having a welcoming space to create, connect (or just quietly make!) can make such a difference!

"I went to Makerspace and Rhian and the lovely gang there brought my confidence back up from the gutter. It was such a great welcoming space with no pressure to perform or even have a conversation. Just having somewhere I was due to be each week was really helpful.

Working on craft alongside other people was just the therapy I needed. The little learning company staff welcoming you at the door were always lovely and made me feel like it was worth coming out of the house for.

The self belief I gained was the push I needed to move on from my unhappy situation and go for a new job, which happily, I got. I'm really grateful to all the people at the Heritage Works."
